Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Services Covered
This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made through the Elldy BI platform, including paid plans, advanced analytics, and associated features.
2. Free Trial
- We offer a 21-day free trial to help you explore Elldy BI before committing to a paid plan.
- During this period, you can try all key features with limited resource quotas.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
3. Subscription Activation
- Once you upgrade to a paid subscription (Pro, Business, or Custom), certain infrastructure such as storage, compute power, and reserved resources are immediately allocated to your account.
- Hence, subscriptions become non-refundable once activated post-trial.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Cancelled accounts will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
5. Refunds
Refunds are generally not applicable for subscriptions after the trial period. However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- Accidental duplicate payments
- Transaction failure with successful debit
- Billing errors caused by our system
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at billing@elldy.com.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Paid subscriptions after trial completion
- Usage-based resource allocation (storage, team members, etc.)
- Delayed cancellation requests after subscription renewal
7. How to Request a Refund (if applicable)
To request a refund (for exceptions), please provide the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID and payment date
- Reason for the request
