You retain ownership of your data. Elldy BI acts as a data processor and does not claim any rights over your datasets. Processing is limited to cleaning, transforming, and visualizing your data for internal use.

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms. Your license may also be revoked under such conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elldy BI is not liable for losses from data misinterpretation or downtime. Users are responsible for validating insights and results.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
